Our primary focus is B-round and later investment opportunities with a preference to co-invest with other investment institutions. We seek companies developing technologies and business concepts that are a strategic fit with the existing business of H.B. Fuller. We look for companies poised for growth that have a solid management team, a strong intellectual property position, and have demonstrated proof of concept.

In addition to the capital that H.B. Fuller Ventures provides, we often form mutually beneficial commercial relationships with the companies that we invest in. Furthermore, we seek to leverage our vast knowledge of markets, technologies, and application processes in our areas of expertise.
