Bob McGrath joined H.B. Fuller in 2003 with 20 years of experience in corporate venture capital and mergers and acquisitions with chemical and high tech companies. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller Ventures, Bob was with Commerce One, a software company, where he helped establish a corporate venture capital activity. With a $100 million fund, Bob led Commerce One Ventures to make numerous strategic investments over a three-year period. Bob's background also includes corporate development and marketing activities for Applied Materials, a $5 billion global semi-conductor company and W.R. Grace & Company, an international specialty chemical company. Bob holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Boston University.

Paul's responsibilities include the evaluation and assessment of technology. He brings experience with a wide range of business analysis, research, database searching, and competitive analysis in various technical and patent assignments. Paul has expertise in materials science, surface modification, and polymer chemistry. Having been with Fuller for 11 years, he has an excellent sense of how novel and emerging technologies can be utilized to enhance products and extend the business of H.B. Fuller. In addition to supporting H.B. Fuller Ventures, Paul serves as Technical Manager of the Analytical Services Group. Prior to joining Fuller, Paul worked at Standard Oil / British Petroleum, as Group Leader in Polymer Blends and Composites. Paul's education includes an advanced degree in Inorganic Materials from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an undergraduate degree from Rutgers College in New Jersey.
